Processing Time
• Processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are processed within 5-10 business days
• During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
• International shipping costs may vary based on courier services.
Pre-Order Items
• Items marked “Pre-Order” will begin processing on the date indicated in the product description.
• Processing times may vary for different pre-order items.
Dispatch Notification
• You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• If you do not receive a dispatch notification within the estimated processing time, kindly contact us with your order number.
Item Not Received
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2 business days before reaching out.
• Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues or system updates.
• Once an item has been dispatched, Kemji is not responsible for postal service delays.
Customs & Duties Charges
• International shipments are subject to customs duties and taxes as required by the importing country.
• Kemji does not cover these charges. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
• No refunds will be issued for lost packages, but we will resend items if the package cannot be traced.
• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of wrong or damaged items.
• To request a return for an incorrect or damaged item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
PICKUP OPTION
• Pickup options are available at Errotts court, elder nwamba crescent, off orchid road, eleganza bus stop. off lekki epe expressway. Customers will receive details on where and when to collect their orders after placing a request.
